The Jaguar Rescue Centre ((スペイン語:Jaguar Centro de Rescate)) is an animal rescue centre located near Puerto Viejo de Talamanca in the Limón Province of Costa Rica. The centre is dedicated to the rehabilitation of mistreated, injured, orphaned, and/or confiscated animals. Once the animals are fully rehabilitated, they are reintroduced into their natural habitats in protected areas within Costa Rica.〔(Jaguar Rescue Centre website )〕 Visitors are permitted in the centre during certain times each day and are able to interact with many of the animals, including the howler monkey. The center is run by Sandro and Encar Garcia, a husband and wife team of zoologists. The center rehabilitates numerous mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. The centre also houses a large serpentarium of venomous and nonvenomous snakes native to Costa Rica. ==Gallery== File:Yellow eyelash pit viper.jpg|A yellow eyelash pit viper File:Kisses from howler monkey.jpg|A howler monkey kissing a visitor at the centre File:Baby howler monkey.jpg|Encar with an orphaned howler monkey File:Toucan- Costa Rica.jpg|Toucan File:2 toed sloth.jpg|A two-toed sloth File:3 toed sloth.jpg|A 3-toed sloth File:Ocelot- Costa Rica.jpg|Encar with an ocelot 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Jaguar Rescue Centre」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
